TURN AROUND TIME-
I quite severely struggle with ADHD and may take as long as I need to complete your commission to the best quality, however I do aim to complete commissions within the month!

BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU ARE Automatically AGREEING TO ACCEPT AND FOLLOW ALL OF THESE TERMS, WHETHER OR NOT YOU CHOSE TO READ THEM.
REFUNDS
When WILL i provide refunds?-1. If, for any reason, I cannot complete your commission.
2. If you give me a reasonable deadline, which i agree too, and i take longer than this agreed time.
3. If I take an exceptionally long time, WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING! Eg. If I take over 2 months to start or if i take over 4 months to finish once startedWhen WON'T i provide refunds?-3. If you decide you do not like the art.
4. If you change your mind.▪︎ If you receive a refund from me please be aware that i will not be providing any art to you, no matter how far i may have already progressed in the drawing. You also will not own the rights to use any wip that were provided to you.▪︎ If you receive a refund from me please be aware the money may not be returned in 1 lump sum, as I often need to spend commission money right away, and more often than not, quite literally will not have the full refund amount available at one given time.
PAYMENT
1. All payments are to be payed via invoice and the prices are in USD
2. I will send an invoice via square or stripe, so please be prepared to provide me with your email, i will need it (I will not share it with anyone) you also do not need an account with either services to pay the invoice! Just a card or google pay. (Please note i will NOT see any card information you put in)
These invoices have to be sent in AUD, so the price will look different, however the AUD price directly reflects the USD price so you will still be charged the quoted amount.
(If you're in Australia there is also the option to use Beem it or PayID!)

ART AND USE RELATED POLICIES
1. Changes to the art can only be made during the sketch process, so please make sure you are 100% happy before you confirm it.2. You may post the finished work anywhere, crediting me is not necessary but is highly appreciated.3. You may NOT claim the art as your own work, nor may you remove my watermark or make major edits to the art. Minor edits (added piercings, stickers, ect) are okay, but please ask me as i may be able to add these for you myself free of charge or for a very small fee.4. Art may be used in a commercial situation for an extra 50% of the total price, but if this is the case you must tell me and you must credit me every time the art is posted.5. I will post the art to my art sites and social medias so if the art is private and you'd rather i do not share it please let me know ahead of time.6. DO NOT sell as an NFT or upload to AI programs under any circumstances, my art is not to be included in, added to, or part of any blockchain, nft, cryptocurreny, AI or anything under that umbrella7. Customs and adopts cannot be sold for more than they were purchased for, unless they have had extra art added, by yourself or others.8. I own full copyright to my art and there are no exceptions.
OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
1. I am allowed to deny your request if it's something I will not be able to draw or something I am not comfortable drawing2. I am allowed to deny your request if you are rude, disrespectful or inappropriate. This also applies in the time that I am working for you. If you act inappropriate and do not stop after a warning I will cancel your commission without a refund and you will receive only what I completed up until that point, even if it is unfinished. I will also not accept commission requests from you in the future and you will be blacklisted3. You may ask for updates but please do not rush me or spam me, if you specified a date or gave me a reasonable time limit, I will have the art done in that time, rushing me will not speed the process up.4. Please keep our conversation business related only, I'm happy to have a friendly chat while I work for you but I'm not open for talking regularly, or being spammed with messages.5. I occasionally will accept rush commissions for a fee, these commissions will be moved to the front of the queue to be completed asap. Depending on my queue size I often will only accept one rush commission to keep it fair on everyone. If you aren't comfortable with the possibility of a commission being prioritised over yours, please don't commission me. If you have a deadline please make me aware, so no matter what yours will still be complete by the due date.
NSFW SPECIFIC POLICIES
1. If you are under the age of 18 please DO NOT ask for a NSFW commission for you or anyone else, and 18+ please have proof of age
2. DO NOT ask me to draw an under-age character
3. If I find out you or the character I was asked to draw are under-age I will be blocking and blacklisting, as well as revoking your permission to use or post the artwork anywhere.
4. I am not comfortable with a lot of nsfw stuff, Read my cans/cants for what I will do and feel free to send me a message if you aren't sure about something :)
5. What counts as nsfw? Anything intended to be, or widely recognised as, sexy/sexual/suggestive/fetish/not appropriate for minors.
Some examples-
• A simple swimsuit pic is SFW, but if they have a suggestive pose or expression it becomes NSFW.
• boobs of any size, clothed or unclothed, are inherently SFW unless being shown in a suggestive or sexual manner. I will not draw detailed nipples on sfw art, sorry
6. All my other t.o.s still apply to nsfw commissions so please read those too.

1. The turn around time will all depend on how long it takes the bong to arrive to me, and how long the shipping afterwards to your location takes. The art itself will be done in about 1 week.
2. If i damage the bong myself i will replace it out of my own pocket.
If something happens during shipping i am NOT liable.
- I will reorganize shipping for you if it is the suppliers fault, however if it breaks after i have shipped it to you you will need to take it up with AusPost.
- I will provide tracking
- I will package it extremely carefully.
